1-2 chicken thighs or 1 big chicken breast

1 tablespoonful soy sauce
1 teaspoonful sugar

1-2 chicken thighs or 1 big chicken breast

Finely slice the onion and cube the chicken. Pour soy sauce, sake, mirin onto the pan, add sugar, simmer for a while. Add onion and chicken, simmer for 3 minutes on middle heat.
Cook the OYAKATA Soy Sauce Ramen soup according to the recipe on the packaging. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl using a fork. Add 2/3 of the whisked eggs to the pan, mix with the remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add the remaining eggs and fry for 15 seconds on medium heat.
Put the eggs with chicken on top of the OYAKATA Soy Sauce Ramen soup.
Season with salt and pepper, decorate with fine leek rings.
