TONKOTSU TANTANMEN

INGREDIENTS:
 

1 OYAKATA Pork Ramen soup
200 g minced pork
Leek
Garlic – 1 clove
1 chilli pepper
Ginger
1 tablespoonful miso
1 tablespoonful soy sauce
½ tablespoonful sesame oil
½ tablespoonfuls chilli sauce (optional)
1 tablespoonful sake
1 tablespoonful mirin
Sesame oil
Soy sprouts

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 

Slice the leek. Briefly fry grated ginger, chopped garlic and chilli on a pan. Add minced pork, leek and fry on medium heat. Add soy sauce, miso, sake, mirin, sesame oil and chilli sauce (as you choose). Prepare the OYAKATA Miso Ramen soup according to the instructions on the packaging. Add the prepared meat, leek and sprouts to the soup.
