CHICKEN IN TERIYAKI SAUCE WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:
 

1 OYAKATA JAPANESE CHICKEN TERIYAKI dish
½ chicken breasts
½ lemon
1 tablespoonful flour
1 tablespoonful sake
1 tablespoonful mirin
½ tablespoonful soy sauce
1½ teaspoonfuls sugar
roasted sesame seeds and chives for decoration

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 

Cut the chicken breast across into two smaller slices, season with salt and pepper and cook. Once the meat cools down, coat it in flour. Prepare the sauce: mix sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar together. Heat up the pan and fry the chicken, remembering to add the previously prepared sauce at the end of the frying. Mix together. Subsequently, prepare the OYAKATA Japanese Chicken Teriyaki dish according to the instructions on the packaging. Put the dish on the plate, add the fried sliced chicken. Squeeze out lemon juice on top. Finally, sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
