CRUNCHY NOODLES WITH SHRIMPS AND VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS:
 

100 g pak choi
80 g shrimps
1 carrot
shiitake mushrooms
1 package of OYAKATA SOY SAUCE
530 ml water
1 teaspoonful potato starch
sesame oil
2 eggs

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Cook the noodles from the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup in 400 ml of water for 3 minutes and drain it.
  2. Pre-fry the cooked noodles on sesame oil without stirring. 2 minutes later, pour beaten eggs over the noodles and fry until set. Put the noodles aside on a flat plate.
  3. Chop pak choi, shiitake, carrot, add shrimps and fry in sesame oil.
  4. Dissolve the seasoning from the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup in 100 ml boiling water and pour it to the pre-fried ingredients.
  5. Dissolve one teaspoonful of potato starch in 30 ml of warm water and add to the ingredients.
  6. Once pre-fried, put the ingredients on the previously prepared noodles.
