SOY SOUP WITH BACON SERVED AS TSUKEMEN

INGREDIENTS:
 
80 g sliced bacon
120 ml water
1 package of OYAKATA SOY SAUCE
1 fistful chopped leek
finely chopped chives for decoration
WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Boil 120 ml of water and add the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE seasoning.
  2. Add bacon and chopped leek to the boiling soup.
  3. Cook the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE noodles separately for 2 minutes, drain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
  4. Eat with chopsticks, soaking the noodles with the additions in the OYAKATA SOY SAUCE soup.
