TONKOTSU RAMEN

INGREDIENTS:
 

1 OYAKATA Pork Ramen soup
2 slices of pork neck
1 boiled egg
2 mun mushrooms
Leek
Roasted sesame seeds, red ginger (marinated) for decoration

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 

Gently pre-fry pork neck on the pan or pre-cook the meat in water. Boil 450 ml water in a pot, add noodles from OYAKATA Pork Ramen and cook for 3 minutes. Add spices from the sachet. Pour the soup to a bowl, add the pork neck slices, egg, chopped mun mushrooms and chopped leek. Finally, decorate with red ginger and roasted sesame seeds.
