DISH NOODLES WITH FRIED EGG

INGREDIENTS:
 

50 g chopped leek
50 g chopped onion
1 OYAKATA JAPANESE CLASSIC cup

WAY OF PREPERATION:
 
  1. Open the lid of the cup, remove the sealed cover, take out the sachet with the seasoning.
  2. Add chopped onion and leek to the cup.
  3. Rinse the noodles with 280 ml of boiling water, cover the cup with plastic lid and leave for 3 minutes.
  4. Fry the egg on the pan.
  5. Remove the water through the holes in the lid, add the sauce from the sachet and stir thoroughly.
  6. Put the fried egg on top.
